Progressive Recorder Method for Young BeginnersFrom Koala Music Young Beginner Recorder Method Books The Progressive Recorder Method for Young Beginners, in two books, has been designed to introduce the younger student to the basics of recorder playing and reading music. Each book is carefully graded into an easy-to-follow, lesson-by-lesson learning method which assumes no prior knowledge of music or the recorder. It uses very easy arrangements of many familiar children's songs like "Mary Had A Little Lamb," "Aura Lee," "Banks Of The Ohio," "When The Saints Go Marchin' In," and "Ode To Joy," just to name a few. Each book is filled with fun and colorful illustrations. Both books also come with a CD which features each of the songs with accompaniment so the students can listen and then play along. Book 1 also includes a DVD. |
