Fun!
From Plank Road Publishing
by David Ellsworth and Anne EllsworthCrickets and summer bugs begin and end this little movement song, but you can use it any time of year that you want to encourage a bit of fun with your youngest singers. The first part of the tune is a folksy shuffle while kids sing, but it changes into a bluesy movement section, where kids pretend to do fun things, such as flying like an airplane or swinging their arms like a monkey. Let them use their imagination! The hardest part will be getting them to stop. (from Music K-8, Vol. 19, No. 5)
