If you don't know about mail merge and how easy it makes your life
when you are creating certificates, hopefully this e-mail will be
helpful to you!!!

I created a certificate for my choir kids in Publisher

(you'll have to ignore the window when it first opens...just cancel
it.)

In the "tools" menu go to "mailings" and it will give you the
instructions on how to start a mail merge for your document!

If you create an Excel spreadsheet with all the names you need to
insert, you can pull the names from that document and create an
individual certificate for each student. I already had an Excel
document for my choir students so it was super easy to make a
certificate for the kids!

Hopefully that tech tip will be usefull this time of year! I also use
mail merge for my Christmas and end of the year thank you cards! :)
