Kelly, how many kids?  
Do they have an aide for each one?  I never had a self-contained class as all mine were integrated into the regular music class.  I DO know that a lot of repetition works well.  They will adore doing the same thing over and over.  
I don't think it's legal to have more than a certain amount of special needs students alone without aides.  Check out the rules in your state.

I have a class of self contained special needs children that will come to
music for 30 minutes 2x a week.  I am in need of resources and ideas.
Most of them are non-verbal.  Some are in wheelchairs.  This is a new
experience having them by themselves.
