I'm such a bad girl. My PE teacher made a set of those QR code things several years ago, and I've never used them. I found that small white board and dry erase markers were much simpler for the kids, and I didn't have to teach them "if you hold it in THIS way, it's answer A, and if you hold it THIS way, it's answer B"...

Just my (not very helpful) input.
