I would think if you put the in iTunes you could create a playlist and just import the parts you want to create a listing of just accompaniment and then burn that onto a cd.

Subject: [MK8] question about split-tracks
I have just retired and am getting ready to start volunteering with an after-school program for children at the church we attend.
I have found some CDs of praise and worship songs that are on split-tracks, but which can only be purchased online.
My question is this: if I download these songs, is it possible to burn a CD that only has the accompaniment track on it?
Would I be able to do this using Audacity, or is there another way to accomplish this?
Thanks so much! I am SO EXCITED at the idea of singing with kids, without lesson plans, or SMART goals, or……!!!!!
