work in a fantastic school system with great teachers and great kids. It's
just frustrating to feel so unappreciated. After all, it's JUST music....

I know what you mean and could've had written this statement as well. Its
our PASSION for what we do that makes this sting so much. I'm in such a
foul mood I don't have any good advice for you yet, but know that I'm
praying that you'll find the articulate, professional way to convey your
thoughts and ideas!
