Hi everyone. Quick question. I've had a paraprofessional in my room last year & this year due to the # of students I taught. The one I have is leaving due to medical reasons. My principal is having interviews this Wednesday afternoon & I will be sitting in on the interviews. I was wondering what questions (music related or scenarios) I should ask the potential candidates. Any suggestions/advice is great & appreciated.
