I understand I will feel like a traitor because I do love my peripoles. Thechildren pay $5 for them. But this year I was put in a situation whereanother teacher had started her recorder unit and ordered Harmony recordersfrom West Music. Oh no, this will not be good. I can't imagine recordersfor $1.10. Hm, they do sound good for BAGCD but it won't be good for lowernotes. Well, well, the kids honestly can play low E, D and F. We haven'tgotten to low C. But honestly, Harmony is definitely a good recorder. There were only two children who could not afford even the $1.10 price. Interesting. Many bought two. For this price you have to buy over ahundred at a time. Just reporting. For my Title 1 schools this is a goodchoice. I like that for this price I don't worry about their loosing orbreaking them.
