Holiday Alphabet

PROGRAM NOTES: "Holiday Alphabet" is a mini-play and fun way to have a multi-ethnic holiday program and enhance alphabet skills.

Cast:

• Old Woman-in-the-shoe
• Four of her children
• and 26 holiday alphabet kids

Costumes: Students may wear everyday clothes or dress-up clothes. They may have a "hint" of the character they are playing (i.e., reindeer ears or angel wings), but it is not a necessity as they all introduce themselves. An optional effect might be a colored t-shirt to match the character (i.e., gold for Jill Jingle Bells, red for Holly Berry, gray for Noah North Wind, etc.).

Duration: 20 minutes
