I Wish I Were A Leprechaun

From Plank Road Publishing

by Teresa Jennings

What would you do if you were a leprechaun? This lively Celtic-style ditty suggests a few possibilities which are notably altruistic in nature. It reinforces kindness and generosity, which is a spot-on message for youngsters. It's perfect for St. Patrick's Day or any day!

Though the song is mostly in unison, there is a second optional part that joins in at the bridge. It's not necessary, but it adds a nice touch. The kit includes isolated rehearsal tracks for both parts. (from Music K-8, Vol. 26, No. 4)
