Melatonin for your pre schooler. Or give them books and puzzles and tell
them until you come to get them, quiet games and order them NOT to get out
of bed or make a peep when Mommy is sleeping.

(worked for my kid. I got up many a morning to find him passed out in the
floor with his brio trains.)

Either relegate your husband to the couch... or you hit the couch. I
purposely bought a comfortable couch because my (ex) husband sounded like a
freight train.

Doesn't help now, I know, but...

(tonight, tell hubby to take Moonlight Madness to Mickey Dees and plan quiet
activities tonight and you go to bed!)
