First, I am going on the assumption that none of the music you recorded was copyrighted.   With that out of the way, after verifying that every teacher indeed does have the capability to play MP3 files, the best way to get it to them would be to store it somewhere (Dropbox, Edmodo if you guys use that service, Google Docs, etc.) then email the teachers the link to the file (or in the case of Edmodo, have a "group" and then put the file in a folder so members can access the file).  Sometimes emailing large files will corrupt the file itself - especially in a school district where all the filters and blockages can create havoc at many levels.

OK you techhies
Thought I would be sweet and email my teachers some Christmas music I
recorded a while back. It went out as a windows media file, which wouldn't
open, so I changed it to an mp3 and sent again, which wouldn't open! As a
matter of fact, when you clicked on it, there was a voice that said
"Christmas!". Wow, they thought it was a Halloween prank. I have googled it
but can't get any answers.
Hopeful in DC
Catherine
