I am using a reward system with my 3rd-8th grade classes: "Capture the Letter." Each class has the opportunity to take a letter back to class with them if they work like a team to follow my rules. The letters spell MUSIC, so it is possible to collect the letters in a matter of five classes. When they do, the students turn the letters back in to me to choose a game listed on a piece of paper from a box.
