Chromatic:

Sing on one pitch in a jazzy syncopated rhythm:

Zim-bobby do-be=do-bobby do wah

then raise pitch a half step

Mommy made me mash my M and M's

or

Bubble Gum, Double Bubble Gum, Triple Double Bubble Gum

Breath Control:

Give each student a strip of paper. Ask them to take a proper breath and blow the paper up with warm air as long as they can keep the paper up.

Relax - 5 O'Clock Shake 'em Out:

Ask students to turn to the person beside them and rub their back as the person behind them rubs theirs as they hum a note, then reverse the process.
