The song "One Zero Zero" (from Music K-8, Vol. 13, No. 3) has been a huge hit with my little people. Here's what we're doing:

On all the "one zero zero" parts: Draw a big one in the air with left hand. Draw two big zeros with right hand. (Teacher has to do it in reverse, as always!)
Learning: point each hand to one temple
Knowing: put hand up in air, like you want the teacher to call on you
Trying: hand over hand motion, going up a ladder
Growing: Bend knees, put hand flat over head, grow up to it
Thinking: one arm folded across front of body, other elbow resting on opposite hand, finger to head (thinking posture!)
Training: arm stretches, as in exercising
Doing: pretend hammering
Gaining: hands start down by knees, grow up like starburst, or sun coming up, end up with hands high
