I did 120 penguin costumes several years ago for How The Penguins Saved Christmas. I cut large, baby-like bibs out of white felt and pinned them on at the shoulders. Over black pants and black turtlenecks, they looked great. I added holiday bows at the neck, like bow ties. It was really cute.
