I would like to contribute my 2nd grade winter program. It is very simple as far as speaking parts go. I am going to use instruments with many of the songs. Each class will be "featured" once as instrumentalists.

This program uses songs from Music K-8, Vols. 10-13 (the only ones I have!). Substitute or change as you need to.

Child 10: Shalom is a Hebrew word that means Hello, Goodbye, or Peace Be With You. Peace is a common prayer during many winter celebrations.

Child 11: Kwanzaa is an African American holiday celebrated for seven days between Christmas and New Year's.
Child 12: The celebration uses candles and African words to describe seven principles.
