The purpose of this activity is to recognize classes that demonstrate exemplary behavior in enrichment classes. Each week the enrichment teachers announce one class from each grade level to be recognized as follows:
Librarian's Shelf Elf Award
Art's Golden Paint Brush Award
Computer Lab's Lab Award
Every class submits a class picture. All pictures are backed with color paper and are labeled with the teacher's name and grade level. The pictures are hung in rows by grade level. Symbols representing each of the various awards are placed on the class picture of the winning class at each grade level.
Everyone that passes by gets to see all classes and who won an award for the week. The students get really excited when their class wins multiple awards for the same week!
