Here is a game I created to go with "Hunting Easter Eggs" from Vol. 16, No. 4. First, we practiced sneaking to the beat. Then, we added the game. I made Easter baskets out of construction paper and four eggs to go with each basket (see picture). The egg colors correspond to the basket's bow colors. Each group of kids sneaks around the room to the beat and finds the eggs that are the same color as their basket bow. Then, we clap and count the rhythm that is on each egg.
