One of my friends had each of her students bring a flashlight to school. The students taped yellow, orange, and red tissue paper triangles on them. From the audience, it really looked like the kids were holding candles. The teacher spent no money as the school had the tissue paper and tape, and the kids were responsible for the flashlights.
