Place an empty can with a lid (i.e., an International coffee can) strategically in front of class. Every time you get a great answer or you spot someone working really hard, you put a small amount of unpopped popcorn in the can. You try and catch the naughty ones doing the right thing so they are helping. You do not take any popcorn out for misbehavior. When the can is filled, you all have a popcorn party! Instead of using the actual popcorn in the can, pop a microwave bag of popcorn and save the kernels for another go around of the behavior modification.
