I've posted part of my one adult, five kid talent show idea previously, but only part of it. It is listed in the Idea Bank and in the archives. (See Talent Shows - Making Them Work) Here is the follow-up and completion. It is very detailed, but some of you might find it useful.
I think of the Talent Show in boxes: just open one box at a time, close it, and go to the next. Don't get fried by noticing how many boxes there are - one box at a time. Start early!
