My classes are back to back. I have six bins, one for each grade level, and they are stacked up on top of each other. Every day after school I put the needed materials in the bins. I also have a big cubby that has 24 slots. There is one for each of my classes (except kindergarten). I label each cubby, and this is where I store any papers the classes have been working on. I make a CD for each grade level. I've also found that writing the agenda on the board helps the students and myself know what we are doing for the day. I bought marker boards (six total) at Home Depot for $6 each. I drilled two holes at the top of each board, and I hung chains from the ceiling with hooks on the ends. All I have to do is switch the boards after each class. I write the agendas on the boards after school so they are ready for the next day.
