I am doing "The Twelve Days Of Christmas," Parkwood-style (the name of my elementary). I have three 6th grade classes. I had them give me ideas of what the teacher might give them for Christmas and put them into the 12 days. This is what we came up with:
- 1st day: A cheeseburger and a Pepsi
- 2nd day: 2 Nike Jordans
- 3rd day: 3 A+'s
- 4th day: 4 million dollars
- 5th day: 5 field trips
- 6th day: 6 snow days
- 7th day: 7 pizza parties
- 8th day: 8 sheets of homework
- 9th day: 9 hours of recess
- 10th day: 10 color TVs
- 11th day: 11 ice cream cones
- 12th day: 12 days detention
They love to sing this song! They can't wait! They ask me every time they come in if we are singing it.
The other song they are singing and love is "Hava Nagila" in Hebrew. They love the challenge of getting the words in so fast!
