My students thoroughly enjoyed the song Winter Walk (from Music K-8, Vol. 13, No. 2). I made it into a bulletin board. I put up a snowman and then wrote the words of the song on sentence strips. I grouped the sentence strips into the sections of the song. I completed the board by adding some snowflakes and the title.
The students have had a great time singing the song and following along with the words on the board. It has really sparked their interest in the song! It makes a nice winter bulletin board and is a handy way to sing the song without the lyric sheets!
