Recently we had a topic on the MusicK8.com Mailing List about dry erase boards vs. chalk boards, etc... Something I did was print out the grand staff (8 1/2" paper) on one side, and on the other was a keyboard. Then I laminated it.
It works the same way as a dry erase board. You can still use the wipe-off markers and then wipe them off, and it's a cheaper solution.
