Here are some new words to "I Love The Mountains" from Music K-8, Vol. 13, No. 3 that I wrote to supplement the Temples and Tombs musical:
- I love the Delta,
- I love the Nile, too.
- I love the Pharoah,
- King Tut is really cool.
- I love the pyramids with the Sphinx so grand,
- Pyramids, oh pyramids,
- Egypt has the pyramids.
- Pyramids, oh pyramids,
- Egypt has the pyramids.
With my first graders we repeated the song twice.
