I offer a tutoring bead to my students, which is one of the more popular extra beads to earn. When a tutored student receives a bead, s/he must explain what the tutor did that helped them earn their bead. The tutored student must also confirm that they couldn't have earned their own bead without the tutor. Then the tutor receives a clear bead for having made the piece "clear" to the student.
