Ladybug In My Soda

by Karl Hitzemann

This bluesy-rock song tells the story of a ladybug ending up in a cup of soda from both points of view - the person drinking the soda and the ladybug. The accompaniment even features some talking ladybugs throughout the song and a ladybug "chorus" singing "woe is me." The recording has an awesome rhythm section and jazz band to really help drive the tune.

Bill Belongia has created an entertaining animated video to accompany this song. The video is included in the kit. (from Music K-8, Vol. 18, No. 5)
