See How Much We've Learned (One Hundred Days)

by John Riggio

Celebrating 100 Days Of School is popular with younger grades these days. This song marks the occasion and helps teach part singing at the same time!

This song has four vocal parts, but don't let that scare you. This should be singable by younger grades as these lines are easy and repetitive. Each group gets a simple pattern to sing repeatedly. Part one begins, then new parts are added one by one. The process is then reversed, and parts are subtracted until the end. It's a great way to teach and reinforce part singing. And it's an impressive sounding piece, especially for young singers. Have fun with this! (from Music K-8, Vol. 27, No. 3)
