Who's Hootin'?

by Teresa Jennings and Paul Jennings

You've heard of things that go bump in the night, but what about things that hoot? Your kids will have fun pretending to be owls that call and respond in this light swing homage to our little nighttime friends. The song is in unison except for the call and response section, which is quite simple by design, allowing even younger students to hoot along.

Arts and Crafts Bonus: The kit includes a template and instructions for making an easy paper owl, as well as an instructional video. (from Music K-8, Vol. 27, No. 1)
