Dino Rap

This simple, primary rap is intended for your youngest students. It also works well as a game. With your students in a circle, start the clapping, patsching pattern for a couple of bars before beginning the rap. Rap in unison. When you come to the section that says, "Do you?" add four cowbell hits on the beats to prepare for the answer. Go around the circle for each solo answer.

The kit includes only a full performance demo track as an example, since there is no instrumental accompaniment. (from Music K-8, Vol. 4, No. 3)
