From the time we first hear that there is such a thing as a calorie, we also hear that eating too many of them is not good for us. With weight issues taking the spotlight in schools across the country, it might be time for a refresher course in the basics.

The song "Burn More Than You Eat" lends itself nicely to this goal, and with great enthusiasm. The retro rock 'n' roll style is campy and fun to sing.
