A 1998 Florida study of 61 elderly found that two, ten-week keyboard lessons had a significant effect on increasing levels of human growth hormone (hGH) in subjects. Low hGH levels can lead to osteoporosis, decreased energy, wrinkling, sexual dysfunction, decreased muscle mass, and aches and pains.
