Mud Lesson Plan

First I read the book The Piggy in the Puddle by Charlotte Pomerantz. Then I follow with the song "Mud" from Music K-8, Vol. 15, No. 4. I use this plan with kindergarten through fourth grade. The rhymes and rhythms are great fun. I also use different voices for each character in the book to capture the students' interest.
