I've been using "Hip Hop Bunny" (from Music K-8, Vol. 14, No. 4) for an instrumental activity and a game. I teach the kids the pattern:
clap, clap, clap,
hands up,
hands left,
hands right,
hands left,
hands right,
repeat until song is over.
Claps are quarter notes; other movements are quarter rests. We transferred to drums and rhythm instruments. When everyone got that figured out, I started calling "switch" occasionally, and the kids switched their instruments counterclockwise to the next person.
