Before Concert Photo Op

The first thing that happens at every concert is a photo op. I tell parents that they will get three minutes to come up and get a close up shot of their child. After those three minutes, all pictures are to be taken from their seats. This prevents me from having to deal with "those" parents. An added bonus I have found is that it gives the students (especially the younger ones) time to get acclimated to being on stage before we start the show.
