• 1,000,000 Grand candy bar - Thanks a million!
• Payday candy bar - I could never pay you how much it meant to me. Thanks!
• Extra chewing gum - Thanks for going the extra mile. I appreciate it so much!

Most of the time, just the sincere acknowledgment of their effort is enough.
