Celebrate With Joy - Memorization

My first and second graders enjoying singing "Celebrate With Joy" from An Early American Christmas. We are using colorful scarves for movement while we sing. Each word (i.e., what, how, when, if, why, and 'cause) has a different pose. They shocked me at memorizing it so quickly.

To also help the students remember the lyrics, I love to play the game, "I can't remember how it goes!" I mess up on purpose, and they put their hand out and say "STOP!" Then the students correct me. They LOVE this game, and we have the words down in no time.
