Homemade Plastic Egg Shakers

I make egg shakers. I purchase the empty eggs from a discount store after Easter. Each package has about 24 and costs $1.00. I fill them with rice or popcorn. Or, for a softer sound, I fill them with kitty litter. Then, I use a bit of crazy glue (to keep them glued) and hot glue them around the edges. I put the eggs together and close them.

They last... I made mine two years ago. So, I have many colors.
