Joy To The World

Add a Celtic Christmas flavor to your holiday performance! John Riggio's arrangement of "Joy To The World" features lots of big drums, penny whistle, fiddle, and a spirited tempo. For the most part, this is the carol as you know it (despite the complex-looking triplet figures throughout), so your young singers should pick up on the melody easily. The parts that are new are simple, but there is an optional divisi on the word "Joy!" When singing unison, the top note is the correct note to sing.

We highly recommend using the recorded tracks for this song, as our studio players do a fantastic job, and we think your singers – and audience, if you like – will enjoy singing along with the rollicking orchestration.
